In the aforementioned octagonal room, this ornate (and large) reliquary sits atop the spring. It's modelled after, umm, something in Jerusalem. I'll look it up and put it here. At any rate, the bones are behing the grate and the spring is over around behind the step at the right, although there didn't appear to be any water in it.
